The client faced a critical lack of transparency in the interactions between manufacturers, customs brokers, and distributors. An outdated accounting system resulted in regular data loss, border delays, and high operating costs. The main challenge was to unite thousands of disparate participants in a single, secure digital space with role-based access and continuous cargo tracking.

Solution: Unified cloud-based SaaS ecosystem

The DCD team designed a scalable B2B platform based on a microservices architecture. We implemented isolated user accounts with flexible permissions (multi-tenancy) for all participants in the supply chain and integrated global mapping services. The implementation of modules for automatically generating accompanying documentation and smart notifications has eliminated human error and significantly accelerated logistics cycles.
