Challenge: Build a product from scratch under tight deadlines

The client had obtained a financial license but lacked the internal IT expertise to create an architecture of this scale. The main challenges were the critically tight time-to-market (TTM) and the need to develop a fault-tolerant core banking system (Core Banking) capable of withstanding high loads and a rapidly growing user base.

Solution: Cross-functional Agile Team

DCD quickly formed and integrated a dedicated team consisting of backend and mobile engineers, QA specialists, and DevOps. We built transparent Agile processes and established a microservices architecture, enabling the parallel development of multiple modules simultaneously. Setting up modern CI/CD pipelines ensures a seamless testing cycle and daily releases without compromising code quality.
